CONCACAF A-licensed football leader with 20+ years across international, professional, collegiate and youth football. Currently Head of Football Insights & Video Analysis at NC Fusion (ECNL) and Head Coach of its USL W League pre-professional women’s team.
From Zimbabwe to the USA, Coach Teekay has worked at every level of the game - national teams, professional clubs, college programs and youth academies. He has promoted 25+ players to senior and college levels, built performance-analysis departments from scratch, and helped deliver championship seasons on both sides of the Atlantic. Together We Are 1 is his platform to bring that experience to players, coaches and leagues everywhere - from Zimbabwe to the world.

MBA-educated (Webber International) and a graduate of Kenyon College (BA, International Studies), Coach Teekay holds the CONCACAF A License, UEFA B License and USSF National C, with 23+ coaching courses completed and national-team analysis experience with the Zimbabwe Mighty Warriors (COSAFA Cup) and Zimbabwe U17 Women.
