IECMS Stakeholder Meeting: Norton
Judicial Services Commission (JSC) secretary Dr Walter Chikwanha says the commission has made great strides in ensuring that the Integrated Electronic Case Management System (IECMS) is fully functional across the country.
Dr Chikwanha was addressing guests at a Norton IECMS Stakeholders Meeting held at Norton Magistrates Courts on Wednesday 28 October 2026, where he was Guest of Honour.
He lauded the virtues of the new system as a game-changer for the country’s justice delivery system, urging members of the community to come on board and fully utilise it.
The IECMS, which largely does away with the need to physically visit the courts to file cases and follow up on ongoing ones, is expected to be fully functional by the end of this year.
The intensive training of court officials is ongoing, and Norton is part of the exciting journey.
